This website is operated by StudioBraveWallArt. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to StudioBraveWallArt. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.  

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).  

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).  

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT IMAGES & VARIATIONS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our canvas prints that appear at the store. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
All our products are made-to-order based on the sizes and frame variations selected by the customer.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING ORIGIN & DELIVERY times
Our business is legally registered in Finland, which serves as our administrative headquarters. However, our production workshop and warehouse are located in Turkey. All products are manufactured in and shipped directly from Turkey.

Standard production time takes 1-4 business days.

International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All artwork designs, images, logos, text, and graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of StudioBraveWallArt or our licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any visual asset on this site is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW (Yasal Yetki Alanı)
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
